These additional sensors allow you to monitor sump pits, floor drains, washing machines, water heaters or any area at risk of flooding. The Versa’larm Tank alarm notifies you if the level in your septic tank or holding tank is too high. If the high water alarm is activated a buzzer will sound and a red alarm beacon will illuminate. This alarm is designed to handle extreme weather conditions and can be mounted outside. Test and silence switches are provided on the side of the unit so you can test the alarm and silence the buzzer if an alarm condition occurs. Other options are also available.

Prevent water damage in your basement with a Versa’larm Sump Alarm from Alderon Industries. Sump pits can overflow for many reasons. This overflow can cause mold and many other undesirable conditions. The Versa’larm Sump alarm notifies you if the level in your sump pit or sump basin is too high. When the water in the sump rises it will be detected by the probe, sounding the alarm buzzer and illuminating the red alarm light on the alarm box. You can also expand your Versa’larm Sump Alarm at any time by adding additional water sensors or an Auto Dialer. These additional sensors allow you to monitor floor drains, washing machines, water heaters, condensate overflow pans or any area at risk of flooding. The Auto Dialer can notify you by telephone or pager if an alarm occurs. Other options are also available.

Flood Alarm

The Versa’larm Flood alarm notifies you of rising water near floor drains, washing machines, water heaters, condensate overflow pans or any other areas that have the potential to flood or be damaged by excess water. Floods are commonly caused by slowly leaking pipes or equipment failure. The Versa’larm Flood Alarm will detect this water at 1/16 of an inch so you can stop the water before it floods your home or office. You can also expand your Versa’larm Flood Alarm at any time by adding additional water sensors or an Auto Dialer. These additional sensors allow you to monitor water in sump pits, septic tanks or holding tanks. The Auto Dialer can notify you by telephone or pager if an alarm occurs. Furnace Fail Alarm

If your furnace fails, the temperature will drop, causing the pipes in your home or office to freeze and break. The water damage caused by this is very expensive and difficult to clean up. The Furnace Fail notifies you by telephone or pager if the furnace in your lake cabin, home or office fails. When the temperature drops below 40 degrees it will call up to 4 phone numbers of people you want notified. I.e. Your cell phone, neighbors, service technicians or whomever you program into the Auto Dialer. It will play a message that you pre record into the Auto Dialer (similar to recording your voicemail message on your phone). You can also expand your Furnace Fail with a Versa’alrm and any of our water or temperature sensors. These other sensors allow you to monitor septic tanks, sump pits, washing machines, water heaters, floor drains or any area that has the potential to flood. Other options are also available.

Phone-A-Stat

Control your thermostat plus three other household devices from a touchtone phone or cell phone. Save money by leaving your heat or air conditioning down during the day, then turn up your heat, or turn on your air conditioning by telephone before you get home from work or vacation. You can also control lights and other equipment. When you call the Phone-A-Stat you can change the temperature in your home or active other equipment. You can also manually operate this equipment with the switches on the command center. Other options are also available.

Temp-A-Stat

The Temp-A-Stat is designed to monitor air or water temperatures. The Temp-A-Stat can monitor temperatures from -40 (-40 C) to +185 (+85 C). It works great for monitoring computer rooms, walk in coolers or freezers, hospitals, water lines, hot tubs, or any application that requires a flexible alarm system. A digital display shows the current temperature of the area you are monitoring. You can adjust the temperature settings for your specific application. Works for high alarm or low alarm conditions. Expand the temp a stat with an Auto Dialer or Versa’larm.
